What an amazing hotel! Our room was incredible, with so much space, a fantastic bathroom and huge bath! The bed was huge too and very comfy. The staff were great and breakfast had every option you could think of. There were loads of pools and the private beach was nice, although we didn't spend much time there. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel and the spa (consisting of a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) was nice too. Also the beautiful trees and flowers in the gardens were lovely and added to the relaxing feel of the hotel. We had a fantastic time here and would have stayed longer if we could!

The resort is stunning, with beautiful gardens, three different pool areas and a pristine private beach. It has a lovely, calm feel. The staff was exceptional, extremely helpful and always at your service. The food in all of the resort restaurants was delicious, however our absolute favourite was the breakfast buffet. The choice was incredible, from amazing French pastries and breads, to Western style cooked dishes like bacon, baked beans, eggs cooked to order, waffles and pancakes, to an array of Asian hot and cold foods, fresh fruits, juices, smoothies and iced or hot coffees.

The rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped but what made it for us was the friendly and professional staff that went out of their way to make our stay even better than we could have hoped. We were there for the Ironman event and it was perfectly situated for the participants with many lovely touches to make our stay special. A special shout out and thank you to Dung on the concierge desk who went above and beyond with her customer service. We also used the spa which was very clean, staff professional and a wonderful experience.

Huge room and bathroom, comfy beds etc. Breakfast was out of this world, best we've ever had anywhere in the world. Evening food was good too. Problem with shower sorted out quickly. Only complaint is the cost, especially for food and spa as 3-4 x cost of everywhere else. Easy to get Grab pick up and walking distance to Marble Mountain. Would have liked to stay longer.

Room was large, clean and nice. We booked an ocean facing room, there was a small balcony and we could listen to sound of the waves (sometimes fishing boats at night) and woke up with sun shining onto our bed
