Beautiful hotel with lovely pool areas and grounds and on the beach. Staff had excellent English skills and were friendly. Huge room and bathroom, comfy beds etc. Breakfast was out of this world, best we've ever had anywhere in the world. Evening food was good too. Problem with shower sorted out quickly. Only complaint is the cost, especially for food and spa as 3-4 x cost of everywhere else. Easy to get Grab pick up and walking distance to Marble Mountain. Would have liked to stay longer.

There was basically nothing to fault. I think April is off peak season as there wasn't much people around and at times, we basically have the pool to ourselves! The room were fantastic, all facilities such as gym and pool were great. Food and drinks were great too!!

The moment you walk into the foyer, you feel relaxed, and just know you chose the right hotel. The hotel is located a short taxi ride away from Da Nang, and right opposite Marble Mountain. So close you can walk it in about 10 minutes. Rooms clean and modern, gardens manicured and well maintained. There is a choice of pools, which are the perfect temperature. The staff can't do enough for you, and are attentive and charming.

Everything was great. Beautiful property and rooms, our balcony had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Breakfast was easily one of the best we have ever had at any hotel. Lot of variety for everyone and flavorful food - especially liked the green tea and coconut ice creams, kimchi soup, pho, grilled fish, French toast, bread pudding etc.It was raining throughout our stay but it was still lovely. Lot of activities for kids. Staff went above and beyond to help us with some lost luggage as well.

Beautiful hotel, a little dated but still very high quality furniture & fixtures. Plenty of space around the swimming pools and the beach is clean with a lifeguard on duty. Quite often we had the beach to ourselves. Buffet breakfast was good,but could be improved with some variation. We stayed for 8 days, same food every day. We stayed in a deluxe ocean view room, very spacious with balcony and huge double sink bathroom. Room and linen was spotless. Staff service from all departments was excellent. Spa treatments were luxuriuous and so relaxing. Gardens and pool area well maintanined and peaceful. Staff at pool bar could perhaps venture out and offer menus to guests around pool and on beach lounges, be more visible. Small detail though. Overall, great place to unwind around pool & beach but close enough to the main hub to call a Grab (Uber) and check out the restaurants and bars down the road.
